Hailing from 1800's England, Berkshires are the purest heritage breed of pork. They are grass and forage based grazers that turn out pork with excellent nutrition, beautiful marbling, and a rich, dark red color.
Heritage breed cattle that are raised and finished on grass. They are slower growing--the old fashioned way. With low levels of bad fats and superior taste, you can feel great about setting a meal around this beef.
Finally, chicken you can truly enjoy! Pastured chickens have cleaner meat, higher Omega 3's, and approximately 50% more vitamins and minerals than commercial chicken. They are far more environmentally friendly and taste better, too.
