THIS IS ALL IN PRICING on a *LOCALLY SOURCED* beef share that includes the beef, processing, packaging, and hauling. We will reach out to you via email to confirm the butcher date. We can go over the cut sheet and other details with you as well at that time. All beef are processed fresh under USDA inspection and packaged into labeled, vacuum sealed packages that will last 12+ months in your freezer. You can email us and request a cut sheet to see all your options ahead of time! These are also available as uncut beef for those prepared to butcher at home. **ONLY 2 PER MONTH AVAILABLE**

We are offering these locally sourced beef shares because we are SOLD OUT of our own born & raised beef shares. These shares are sourced from farms nearby to us through our Ohio based USDA processor. You can be 1000% certain they are not shipped in from Western feedlots or imported. We had resounding feedback that people would like this option over sourcing beef from chain grocery stores. Whole Beef 700lb hanging (Save $2700)

Half Beef 350lb hanging (Save $800)

Quarter Beef 175lb hanging (Save $150)

**If hanging weights are off by more than 5lb we will either refund you the difference to your original payment method or in cash or in the event that they hang larger, we will charge the additional weight at pick up. Hanging weights yield approximately 60-65% of their weight into premium cuts depending on your cut selections. Bones, suet, organs, and bone broth are  additional weight into your freezer not included in the calculation / free of charge. Savings are calculated based on comparing the cost to purchase the same cuts individually.**
