Galloway Beef Share Deposit

Dating back over 1,000 years ago, Belted Galloways are the original gourmet beef breed. They convert forage and grass into delicious, tender beef. Pasture raised beef has higher Omega 3's, and has been shown to help lower "bad" fatty acids, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
 
THIS IS A DEPOSIT on a beef share. We will reach out to you via email to confirm the butcher date (typically processed within 30-45 days of deposit). We can go over the cut sheet and other details with you as well at that time. Final price will be due upon pickup or delivery. Beef shares start at $5.15/lb hanging plus processing, which runs around $550-$600 depending on what you select for processing. All beef are processed USDA into labeled, vacuum sealed packaging. You can email us and request a cut sheet to see all your options ahead of time! These are also available as uncut beef for those prepared to butcher at home.
