Porterhouse Berkshire Chops

Our famous rib chops cut with the tenderloin! Think of these as T-bone or Porterhouse Steaks -- but from Berkshire pigs. We recommend cooking to 145 degrees and letting them rest a few minutes. Cast Iron or grill to cook with? Even better! Approximately 2-2.5lb of chops.
