Wine and Beer Pairing
Pairing beef ribs with wine and beer couldn't be more fun. Sweet and saucy BBQ ribs call for an off-dry reisling, a sparkling cava, or a wheat beer. Fresh grilled ribs pair excellently with Zinfandel and porters, highlighting the carmelized notes in the marbling. Lastly, dry rubbed ribs are delicious with pinot noir and petit syrahs as they compliment the subtle seasonings and brighten the tender meat with their underlying strawberry notes.
