Smoked Berkshire Pork Hock (for soup!)

We love to use the smoked hocks in a variety of ways. They are hickory smoked and maple-sugar cured, lending to a sweet and savory flavor that pairs well with any soup. From split pea and white bean to curries and loaded potato -- you can't go wrong with these! Each package contains 1 hock, approximately 2lbs.
